1 oz Green creme de menthe
1 oz White creme de cacao
2 Scoops vanilla ice cream
Preparation : Each “Hummer” recipe yields 2 servings. Soften the ice cream a little before adding to other ingredients. Blend until creamy and enjoy. Mix all ingredients together and have a wonderful afternoon!

1/2 c Cashews, raw
1 1/2 c Water
2 ts Maple syrup
Brown rice syrup can be substituted for maple syrup. Combine all ingredients in blender on high for 3 minutes, until you have a smooth cream. Add more water if cream is too thick.

2 c Prepared coffee,
1 x (fresh, instant, or decaf)
1/2 c Milk
4 T HONEY, more or less to taste
1/8 t Cinnamon
1 x Dash nutmeg or allspice

1/2 c Strawberries (or more)
2 tb Honey
1 c Cold Milk
1 c Plain Yogurt
2 x Whole Strawberries
Puree 1/2 cup strawberries and honey in blender or food processor. Add milk and yogurt; blend until smooth. Pour into glasses; garnish each with a whole strawberry. Yield about 2 cups.

3/4 c Ground Coffee
2 2/3 c Water
Ground Cardamom
1/2 c Sweetened Condensed Milk
Using amounts specified, brew coffee in a drip-style coffee maker or percolator. Pour into 4 cups. To each serving, add a dash of ground cardamom and about 2 tablespoons of the condensed milk; stir to blend.

2 c Hot Traditional Cocoa
Whipped Cream Granted Orange Peel Combine 1/2 cup coffee and 1/2 cup cocoa in each 4 mugs. Top with whipped cream; sprinkle with orange peel.

3/4 c Hot Strong Coffee
4 ts Brandy
1 Sugar Cube
