10 each apples, peeled, diced 1/2 cup water 3/4 cup sugar cinnamon, to taste In crockpot combine apples & water. Cover & cook on low for 4-6 hrs or until apples are very soft. Add sugar & cook on low another 30 min. Sprinkle with cinnamon at serving time. Makes 4 cups.
