Cranberry Fool Recipe
16 oz Can of jellied cranberry sauce
1 T Grated orange peel
1 t Almond extract
1 c Heavy gream, whipped -OR-
1 x 8 ounces cool whip
Mix together the first three ingredients with a wisk or fork. Add whipped cream or cool whip. Fill parfait or dessert dishes. Chill until set. Garnish with whipped cream and orange slice.
